? 8+ years of experience in IT Industry
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Technical experience in Java/J2EE technologies
? Flexible enough to work on various technologies and
tools
? Experience working on any scripting languages like
Perl, Unix, Power shell, etc..,
? Good Anticipation and problem-solving skills
? Work with senior IT personnel to devise plans for
future IT requirements of the organization
? Root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose
solutions
? Understand solution provided by Technical SME's and
provide proposal?s with high-level estimates
? Prior SME Level 3 Application production support
experience preferred
? Determine organization needs and support its
initiatives
? Lead a team by providing support and guidance during
the implementation of solutions
? Domain knowledge in banking, finance or Insurance
