This is a great position to get your foot in the door, with the opportunity to move up!
4:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Saturday
Overtime is applied to anything over 40 hours worked
Starting pay is $15.00 with 2 raises within 180 days.
OR
2:45pm-1:00am Monday-Friday and some Saturdays
20 hours OVERTIME available but not guaranteed
Starting pay is $15.75 with 2 raises within 180 days.

General Labor Details:
Monitor and adjust automated stacking and palletizing equipment
Operating a bag filling machine, both open mouth and valve bags
Weighing out specified amounts of dry chemicals and manually loading them into a mixer or delivery system according to formula instructions to make product batches. Storing product in the warehouse via a counterbalance forklift. Material handling and production of plant materials. Maintain the manufacturing area
Follow all safety measures of the company. Work under the guidance of supervision to preform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner. Entry Level
General Labor Qualifications:
Able to stand for 8 to 12 hours
Able to follow instructions
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
Work boots, long sleeve shirt and pants are required as this is an OPEN-AIR PLANT!
Proper PPE will be supplied
Orientation is every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am. Directly after your shift will begin and the following day your assigned regular shift will be again. Be prepared to work longer on orientation day.
