About the Role
Neo Cybernetica is a fast growing startup, and we’re seeking a committed professional ready to become a part of an unconventional recruiting team and work with our hiring managers to develop unique and creative strategies to find talented prospects for current roles and to fill our pipeline for future hires.

The role requires deep knowledge about the recruiting process from sourcing candidates to sending offers and experience in the IT industry. Your main responsibility will be to drive day-to-day operations including communication with hiring managers and team members, and implementation of a scalable recruiting process. We need your passion, ambition, and creativity to help take us to new heights.

Qualifications:

2+ years of practical recruiting experience of all the steps from sourcing candidates, contacting them, arranging interview flows and developing training for interviewers.
2+ years of Tech industry / startup experience
Some experience of updating / managing the setup of an ATS system. Greenhouse is a plus.
Recruiting is a priority for the company. Need to be ready to schedule interviews on weekends / late night.
ATS: They know the do’s and don'ts when setting up stages, automations, etc.
2 years minimum of leadership experience leading in-person and remote team(s)
Experience of leading by example
Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between hiring manager and the recruiting team
Communicate on hiring status and performance
Ensure Productivity & Happiness of the team
Provide daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly updates to stakeholders
Ensure cleanliness of the data & accuracy of the reports
Draft the job description
Setup / Draft interview kit in Greenhouse
Watch out for the hiring manager, candidate, interviewers and recruiting team experience
Nice-to-have skills:

Greenhouse Implementation experience
Experience managing people overseas (Europe, US, ASEAN etc..)
