What You’ll Do/ A Day In The Life Typically Includes

- Assists in creating work that increases employee engagement and retention at workplace
- Maintains communication on a regular basis with Employees to promote an inclusive and supportive work culture, ensures that everyone is heard.
- Provides counseling to team members concerning benefits, promotions and transfer opportunities, and interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
- Provide useful data to help guide decision making and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently.
- Assists People Operations on complex issues, supporting staff in all related areas including recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, and people development. Responsible for ensuring that all departments are running smoothly.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed. Performs employee relations functions and team member recognition programs. Ensures that employees are treated fairly and given the resources they need to succeed at their jobs.
- Assists People Operations Partner in running data checks and ensuring all HR records are accurate and up to date, and that all queries are answered in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for job posting programs: assisting team members with promotional opportunities, scheduling appointments and reviewing performances.
- The noise level in the place is usually moderate.
Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in human resources, business or leadership experience.
- PHR certification preferred
