Detailed Job Description:

Experienced with Oracle Advanced Benefits and knowledge of HRMS modules.
Experienced with writing Fast Formulas, Pl/sql and SQL.
Experienced with different configuration related to OAB module – Plan structure, lookups, Electability, Eligibility, Rates, Premium, electability, EOI, Global values etc
Experienced with Interface design of Benefits and have end to end functional knowledge of the impact due a benefits change on interfaces.
Have handled Open Enrollment and Mass update jobs.
Have good understanding of Flex fields(SIT,EIT) and how to apply the same in implementations
Designing solution design document (SDD) document including developing custom solution.
Communicating with HRIT teams for day to day functional and technical support required on break fixes, enhancements and new developments on Interfaces.
Create test cases, test scenarios, test plans for testing.
Have worked in onshore/offshore model
Good Communication Skills
Minimum years of IT experience required: 7
