YOUR ROLE

As a content creator (m/f/d) SAT Reading at StudySmarter, you are responsible for creating first-class content for our website. You will become part of a young, dynamic team and support us in implementing our test prep content strategy. The goal: to position StudySmarter as the # 1 EdTech startup worldwide.

Your responsibilities are:

Create high-quality, original SAT Reading questions and explanations as part of StudySmarter’s SAT practice exams.
Work with quality checkers and editors in a multi-stage revision process to refine both old and new test prep material.
Serve as a SAT Reading expert. You know this section inside and out - and can quickly point out crucial patterns in the official exams.
As part of the content task force, you’ll work on many different content projects with your teammates - all with a major impact on student success.


WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE

You have a 99th percentile ACT score.
You have 2+ years of ACT tutoring or classroom instruction experience.
You’re fluent in English (level C1).
You have a great eye for creating learning materials that are appropriate and accessible for the target group
You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problems
Interpersonal skills and communication are among your strengths
You work in a focused, structured manner and enjoy working at a fast pace in dynamic, ever-changing environments
You have a good understanding of the requirements of different markets and cultures in the USA.
