GVI, Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Team in Albany, GA.

Position Requirements:

Serves as the primary point of contact to the Government.
Provides program management oversight for technical services such as logistics, supply support and maintenance services.
Responsible for overseeing a staff of more than 175 FTE's.
Understands program reporting techniques such as earned value and project management.
Provides Monthly Progress Reports and Status Reports .
Provides Burn Rate Analysis Report that captures the rate at which funds are expended.


Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Ability to obtain an Interim Confidential Clearance and able to maintain an Active Confidential Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Confidential Clearance (or higher) are preferred.
Bachelor of Business Administration Degree or a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) years of experience in a management capacity with responsibilities for a major project or program level management of contractors/subordinates.
Relevant experience in a management capacity with responsibilities for financial management, tracking and fiscal oversight of program funding is preferred.
Knowledge in the following IT systems:
Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC)
Marine Corps Preposition Information Center (MCPIC)
Weapons Accountability NAVSEA, CRANE Report, Crane, Indiana
Defense Property Accounting System (DPAS)
