Federated Hermes is looking Information Technology Manager to join our Technology Services Group. This position leads the team of Analysts supporting Federated Hermes’ messaging and communication tools. The Manager is responsible for all aspects of leading the team and collaborates with teams throughout the technology division, vendors and other areas as required.

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Management, supervisory or IT lead experience required
• Technology working experience with the following required:
o Exchange, O365, Telephony (Cisco), Audio/Video, and MS Teams
• Leadership experience with system administration functions of server administrators, and in support of network, storage and database administrators, related business areas and application teams required
• Experience maintaining a high-level understanding of technologies and disciplines across the Enterprise.
