Credit analyst needs credit/collections experience in an Accounts Receivable environment
Credit analyst requires:
 Oracle
 MS Office (Excel)
 Collections
 Ability to read/comprehend customer financial statements
 Ability to communicated with diplomacy and tact when interacting with external customers and internal team members
 Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
 Positive team player attitude
 Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the organization to effectively and professionally achieve business results
 Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed
 Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
 Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast paced environment

Credit analyst duties:
 Review new account credit applications in a timely manner to obtain needed information in the credit decision, process such as bank and trade references, financials, certificate of incorporation, tax exempt information, etc.
 Request available credit reports such as Dun & Bradstreet (?D&B?), Equifax and Paynet in order to evaluate customer financial information and credit history to provide analysis and interpretation of customers’ financial status for proper evaluation of risk.
 Coordinate the opening/account number assignment in Oracle.
 Monitor seriously delinquent accounts, review for total exposure against credit limits, and make recommendations regarding additional leases/business.
 Identify problem/credit risk customers and initiate timely escalation to Risk Analysis Manager for review.
 Monitor accounts in assigned risk portfolio by reviewing stop pay accounts and placing them on credit review/hold.
