Responsibilities

Operating, maintaining, protecting, cleaning, inventorying Magna Service Vehicle including all tools, equipment & materials

Utilizing Magna’s Field Service Software appropriately so dispatch is aware of technician status, locations, etc.

Utilizing Magna’s Field Service Software appropriately so dispatch & customer are aware of arrival time

Must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Communicating with customer to identify problem and formulate solution(s)

Excellent customer service skills is a must. Our customers are everything and we "do what it takes to make the customer happy".

Present solution(s), pricing & options to customer utilizing Magna’s Field Service Software

Obtaining signed authorization to proceed on work via Magna’s Service Tablet

Processing credit card payments utilizing Magna’s Service tablet & Bluetooth card reader

Procuring necessary parts & materials to complete projects

Perform plumbing repair services for customers per Magna Mechanical Standards

Organize & clean Magna Mechanical Service vehicle at the end of each shift

Report any issues with Magna Service Vehicle to dispatch immediately

Report lost or broken tools or equipment to dispatch immediately

Requirements

Clean driving record

Ability to pass a criminal history check

Ability to comfortably communicate with customer in English

Ability to identify problems and formulate solutions on routine service calls

Ability to manage customers

Ability to utilize tablet & service software accurately

Must have appropriate TSBPE tradesman license or journeyman license

Bilingual is a +
