Leading insurance group seeks Insurance Product Research & Development experience to oversee coverage language development and represent company on product committees.

The Job:

Write analytical reports concerning coverage language and related state statutes or regulatory publications.

Organize and facilitate group discussions between senior management, company lawyers, and underwriting personnel regarding forms and company operations.

Participate in industry advisory committee and industry trade committee discussion groups.

Represent company in litigation depositions or as witness in trials regarding coverage language.

Research Property & Casualty insurance issues, regulations, court cases, and similar for senior management.

Maintain Company forms library.

Desired Experience:

Bachelor's Degree

Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation complete or in progress.

10+ years insurance industry experience in multi-line underwriting or claims.

Knowledge of contract and insurance law.

Knowledge of statistics and insurance accounting.
