Roles and responsibilities
1 Responsible to manage & converting leads.
2 Providing in-depth information to prospective candidates includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.
3 Identifying references through the existing students base to increase the sales pipeline
4 Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated in real-time on CRM software
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as the number of enrolments.
Counselor qualifications and skills
1 Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling
2 Excellent communication skills
3 Ability to empathize with clients
4 Ability to leverage internal and external resources as part of a client treatment plan
5 Willingness to work on-call
6 Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress
