Office Assistant with Horse Barn Duties if preferred

at Jobisite in Tennessee

Full-time or part-time office assistant with horse-barn duty preferred. You can also live on the property with your own private bedroom in a 1900 sq. ft. apartment. The apartment has three bedrooms (one room is occupied; one is currently available at $350/month, and the third will be available beginning June 1st at $450/month). If you live onsite, your rent will be deducted from your paycheck if you prefer.

Apartment includes a shared living room (20x15), full bathroom, kitchen, and two sitting areas/offices. The rental is located on the bottom floor (with windows!) of a chalet home nestled in the woods - 20 min. from downtown Nashville. The apartment has its own separate entrance. Included in monthly rent are parking, WiFi, Cable TV, electricity, gas, and washer/dryer.

The surrounding landscape includes a waterfall, horses, rolling hills, and gorgeous sunrises. This is a unique opportunity for the right housemates. Long-term lease preferred.
