Territory Sales Manager St Thomas

APPLICANT MUST BE A RESIDENT OF ST THOMAS

This person will contact and meet customers/contractors with pre-set meetings and also make cold calls to contacts throughout St. Thomas and St john's in the construction trade. They will receive a base list of contacts that they are responsible to contact every month by phone, e-mail or office/jobsite visits. They will be responsible to introduce WestHem Supply and their product and capabilities. They will be responsible to solicit product needs, materials lists and blueprints/drawings when available from the potential customer. They will then deliver the quotation to the potential client and work with customer to answer questions and sell the quotation.

This position is to be a Monday through Friday position but with flexible hours as to meet the needs of the customers. They will work out of their home and travel throughout St Thomas and St Johns. They will be trained in person by senior members of WestHem Supply.

APPLICANT MUST BE A RESIDENT OF ST THOMAS
MUST have prior building materials knowledge/ construction experience a plus
MUST have transportation
Must have good communication skills
MUST have computer skills
Must be willing to conduct meetings in an office environment and a job-site environment
Must be willing and able to make cold calls
Territory Sales Manager will receive a base pay of $24,000 and a 3% commission for all sales.
