Job Summary

B2B Exports is looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate to help us in our warehouse. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders.

A successful Warehouse Associate is hard-working, organized and detail-oriented. You should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
Drive by to the locations to pick up IT inventory
Open bales, crates and other containers, and organize stocks.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming material, either independently or as part of a team depending on order size and daily staffing needs.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Provide dependable, shift-long coverage of the warehouse facilities to ensure order fulfillment operates as efficiently as possible for the duration of the warehouse associate’s shift.
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately or as directed by the Superior.
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Proven warehouse experience
Valid Driving License
Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
Team player with organizational skills
Ability to lift or move products up to 50lbs
Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required
