This is a lead analyst role in the Operational Risk Management team. This role is based in Pittsburgh with the main responsibilities as follows:
• Participate in ServiceNow or other automated tool development projects, as assigned
• Identify and develop automation opportunities for existing manual processes within Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Technology Risk Management
• Identify and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow GRC platform implementation
Preferred experiences:
• Governance, Risk and Compliance tools such as ServiceNow or RSA Archer
• Operational, Technology or Enterprise Risk practices
• Enterprise, Operational and Technology Risk, Control and/or Business Process Frameworks
• Communicating with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders regarding Enterprise, Operational and Technology Risk practices and requirements
• Participation in medium/large projects
• At least one security certification or verified passing score on the certification exam (e.g. CompTIA/Security +, CRISC, CISSP)

• 3-5 years of total work experience is required, to include demonstrated experience in Enterprise, Operational and/or Technology Risk
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• Must be able to work on daily tasks and project assignments with minimal guidance
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite to include Visio, PowerPoint and Teams is a plus
