Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Landscaping Supervisor the Landscape Assistant will complete those jobs assigned on a daily on-going basis via service order.
Shift - 1st Shift (Day)
Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for the timely completion of service order assignments including but not limited to: Gardening Site cleaning Hauling Pressure washing Gutter cleaning Assisting in landscaping operations and move outs.
• Responsible for timely and accurate completion of necessary documentation.
• Responsible for keeping vehicle used in performance of duties in proper condition and appropriately clean during working hours.
• Responsible for keeping borrowed tools in proper condition and returning them in a timely fashion.
• Responsible for keeping personal tools in proper condition and working order.
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Comfortable with heights
• Able to lift loads up to 50 pounds
• All other duties as required by Landscape Supervisor or Director of Maintenance Division.

Qualifications:

• This position requires and individual who is committed to stable, full-time employment
• Will work occasional, appropriately compensated overtime.
• Is able to work without direct supervision to the completion of assigned job; and
• Able to drive a stick shift vehicle.
• A valid California drivers license, reliable vehicle, clean DMV, auto insurance, and own tools.
• Skills Required: First and foremost, a Landscape Assistant must be attentive to detail, complete work in a timely manner and leave site clean and tidy.
• A Landscape Assistant must have the ability to adjust to conditions in the field, be patient with tenants/clients and resolve possible issues in a professional manner.
• Background check required
