IT Help Desk requires:
Must be Tech Savvy
MS Office
Active directory
Intermediate computer skills
Beginner level problem solving skill
Monday-Friday - must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred - not required
IT Help Desk duties:
Help employees log into a computer
Help employees navigate to required sites
Notify supervisors when a computer for training is available
Play a presentation using a computer that highlights company websites.
Learn to navigate company sites
Track employees when training is completed by using employee roster
