Ghostrock, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Training Specialist in Charleston, SC.

This position will provide systems engineering, technical, and management support services to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in support of various United States Marine Corps (USMC) and United States Navy (USN) program offices.

This support encompasses life cycle engineering and lifecycle logistics support for multiple command and control (C2) projects within the Command and Control Situational Awareness (C2SA) Integrated Product Team (IPT) at NIWC Atlantic.

Position Responsibilities:

Ensure that the warfighter and technical support community is provided with adequate instruction including applied exercises resulting in the attainment and retention of knowledge, skills, and abilities regarding the platforms, systems, and warfighting capabilities they operate and maintain.
Develop a presentation and provide all training course documentation required for each course, which can be provided by digital media.
Develop and update operator’s course, functional administrator course, commander’s course, and other applicable courses of instruction to include virtual training.
Provide training of up to 25 personnel per class.
Provide industry standard instructor to student ratio.
Develop New Equipment Training for the updated Blue Force Tracker System in the new release that contains new hardware, new communications interface, and new software.
Provide and develop New Equipment Training (NET) for each system within the C2SA IPT.
Provide various Training Support Package (TSP) per system (CDRL A015). Each TSP shall include:
(a) Instructor Preparation Guide

(b) Instructor Guide

(c) Student Outline/Student Handout

(d) Practical Applications

(e) Instructor Rating Form (IRF)

(f) End of Course Critique (ECC)



Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English or Psychology.
Must have five (5) years of experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
Working towards Training Certification.
