Business Analyst
at Hyphenate in Brussels Capitol Region
What will be your responsibilities?
As a Business Analyst, you will support our clients and contribute to variety of projects by:
• Helping corporations in improving their organization through process optimization, business/IT transformation, product enhancement, and operational excellence;
• Transforming the business by defining new value propositions, developing new underwriting capabilities, or (re)designing their target operating model;
• Supporting our clients in connecting with their distributors and clients, by improving their customer journey and distribution channel capabilities ;
• You will work on strategic and transformation projects and learn how a client project is managed. While becoming proficient in the enabling methodologies, tools, and processes ;
• You will assume more responsibility, managing and mentoring junior team members as you grow in your job ;
• You will supervise and manage all phases of a project, plan project activities and monitor its progress.
The perfect candidate :
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience and at least 1 year of relevant experience in the financial industry or utilities context, as well as a desire to develop your knowledge in the banking and/or energy sectors.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in business orientation such as Business (Commercial) Engineering, (Applied) Economics, (Financial) Management or Civil Engineering, and have a strong interest in strategy, financial services and/or digital technologies.
• Capacity to identify client strategic goals and their related initiatives in an advisory role.
• Client-focused, entrepreneurial spirit, combine intellectual curiosity with creativity to turn bright ideas into brighter solutions.
• Flexible, able to work in a multicultural environment and to focus on priorities.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Blend outstanding analytical and project skills with solid business acumen.
• Strong interest in business and people development.
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch (written, spoken), all three is a plus.
