Detailed Job Description:
As a Performance Test Lead you will act as a performance testing expert and review and participate in NFR assessment of existing systems.
You will conduct NFR understanding calls with client, define test strategy, workload model, environment reediness and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real - time scenarios.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 6 years of Information Technology experience
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Kansas, MO, USA or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position may require travel in the US and Canada
Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution in Performance testing.
Well versed with Jmeter/loadrunner Performance Testing Tools
Well versed with client and server side performance metrics
Experience with performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, google analytics etc.
Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Experience:
6-8 years of relevant work experience
Experience in API testing.
Experience in SAP/Salesforce applications
Experience with performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, google analytics etc.
Experience in Database Systems: MongoDB, MySql, MS SQL Server, Flask, Java, Web Services/REST
Extremely strong in Profiling and Monitoring: Web Page Test, Dynatrace, New Relic, Site Scope, HP Diagnostics, JVisualVM, JConsole, Splunk, Stack Driver, JProfiler, GC Viewer
Web/API Design: Flask, Java, REST
Expert in Performance tools: Neoload, LoadRunner, Jmeter
Extremely strong SQL knowledge with the ability to write complex procedures and queries
Proficient in production monitoring concepts and implementation including synthetic, real
Proficient in production systems design including high availability, disaster recovery, performance, efficiency, and security user, application performance, system, log, time-series, and dashboarding
Familiarity with Open Source concepts and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK etc.
Knowledge of APM fundamentals or experience in tools like New Relic or AppDynamics is good to have
Proficient in a modern infrastructure automation toolkit such as Terraform/Helm
Proficient in a Linux or Unix based environment
Deep understanding of modern microservice based architectures and operations
Experience in destructive testing methodologies and tools such as chaos monkey
Experience in CI/CD automation Experience in a version control systems such as Git or SVN
Experience in a cloud computing platform and the associated automation patterns it provides, preferably GCP
Experience in a Linux or Unix based environment
Experience with Git, Github, Jenkins, and other continuous integration tools is preferred
Exposure in a front-end technology and framework such as JavaScript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS
Exposure to REST and effective web service design
Exposure to SQL databases
Minimum years of experience: 5-8 years
