IT - Technology Lead | Infrastructure Testing | Data Center Migration

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:
Clear understanding of industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, including Datacenter, Server & Storage
Achieves and maintains expert level understanding of contact center and industry KPIs, service metrics, and systems used to generate and track these figures including the equations and methods used to derive correct results.
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
Identifies emerging program risks and communicates to leadership mitigation plans.
Planning/organizing — able to prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks.
Quality control— demonstrates accuracy in configuration and documentation, with a desire for standardization.
Dependability— consistently at work and on time, ensures follow-up with customers.
Teamwork – works well with co-workers, including cross-training on technology.
Qualifications:
Sound knowledge of infrastructure
VMware, Windows Admin, Linux experience a plus.
Experience managing data center projects would be ideal
Strong Vendor Relationship Management skills
ITIL Global Process Experience preferred
Familiarity with Service Now
Experience operating with a PPM
Project Technologies: Data Centers, Cloud Technologies, and MS Dynamics, Support Services
Minimum years of experience : 8
