Require HR Recruiter At Percept Infosystem

• Responsible For Overall System In Recruiter Department
• Hiring New Candidates For Our New Business And Work
• Sourcing and screening CV
• Design and update job descriptions
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
• Work with hiring managers to create job description
• Conduct regular Follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates recruiting.
