Our client is one of the largest importers of Pan Asian food in the UK. They offer restaurant operators and retailers premium products and great service.

They are currently recruiting a sales administrator to join their amazing team.



As a successful candidate, you will have:



Minimum 2years of working experience using Windows 10 or above

Native or almost native speaking / writing in Japanese and English

Basic knowledge of Japanese food

We are looking for a candidate who works hard, long term, good at communicating with any level of people and good at PC.



You will be:



Taking orders and inquiries on the phone, by e-mail

Process orders, invoices, credit notes in the Sage base system

Booking trucking companies, couriers, mini cabs

Filing documents

Other office duties

Salary £21,000 - 24,500 depending on experience

MON-FRI 8:30-17:00 ( spot covers are also required out of the business hours)
