Temp to Hire
7am-3pm Mon-Fri
$14-$16hr DOE

Summary:
This standard defines the task and responsibilities for Helper. This standard is valid for all Helpers.
Task and Responsibilities:
The Helper shall be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
• This job requires the individual to work with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated equipment and other hazardous processes which requires this job to be classified a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.
• Assist craftsman with assigned craft.
• Productivity level must consistently equal the Company’s established productivity requirements, as defined by work instructions.
• Workmanship must meet the Company’s quality standards.
• Follow Premier safety policies and procedures.
• Sustain 5’s requirements.
• Must demonstrate the desire to perform in a professional manner as a member of a team and give inputs on activities that will help complete project assignments in a timely and efficient manner while upholding the safety and quality standards.

Skills and Experience:
• Basic Fabrication shop experience
• Able to operate overhead cranes and power tools
• Able to read and write basic shop communications
• Able to use shop tape measure
• Able to learn to read shop drawings and understand bill of materials
• Must have the ability to learn new skills
