The PeopleReady located at Industry, California, 91745 is currently hiring a Retail Associate

Job Description
Install racks, shelves, store fixtures. Demo and assembly of new displays. Sweeping and taking out trash. Merchandising. Please work with Lead on Misc. duties they assign to you.
Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $16.50/Hour - $18/Hour
Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day), 3rd Shift (Night) and Weekends
Work Locations-La Mirada, Gardena, Van Nuys
Morning Shift 5:00 am start time Night Crew 9:00 pm start time
Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting customers and answering any questions they may have
• Accurately operating cash registers and providing customers with professional service
• Increasing in-store sales, cross-selling products, and directing customers to merchandise
• Assisting in maintaining the stock room and helping to set up displays within the store
• Maintaining business tidiness and appearance by keeping the area cleaned and organized at all times
• Cordless drill, hammer, rubber mallet, pry bar, measuring tape, ect.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills - addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Able to learn quickly about the client's products and needs
• Able to stand in a stationary position for extended period of time
• Night crew must have their own tools.
