Locally owned and operated company seeks hardworking, reliable, personable maintenance technician, with at least 4 years experience for a community of approximately 111 units.

Must be able to handle plumbing repairs, HVAC equipment (Evaporative Coolers), appliance, carpentry repairs, electrical repairs and all facets of apartment make-ready, including sheet rocking, texture and painting. Handling grounds keeping apartment property clean.

Live Onsite Preferred

Current NSPF pool certification required.

Excellent benefit package offered. Must have a valid NM Driver’s license. A background check is required.
