Aftermarket Sales Rep Customer Support Parts & Service Contracts Warranties CNC Machine Tools Machining Centers Tooling for Manufacturer Clients _ .

Drive machinery parts and service sales for CNC Machine Tool machinery manufacturer producing automated production lines that fabricate parts in low and high volume.

Execute customer engagement activities and identify ways to increase warranty and service contract sales.

Develop, present, or respond to proposals for service offerings to meet specific customer requirements.

Interface directly with customers regarding spare parts, installation scheduling, and aftermarket services such as process optimization, maintenance, repairs, retooling, etc.

Manage parts inventory and service schedules.
