PA/Marketing Support - Part-time flexible hours

Our Client, the PDSI Consultant, is a small privately-owned construction consultancy business. They provide professional project management, cost management and planning services in construction and property development and infrastructure.
They have a broad client base including infrastructure, Network Rail, Regeneration, NHS, Health Care, TfL, Hospitality, Aviation, DfT, Residential, Hotels and more.
They are looking for a Personal Assistant with some marketing and tendering experience to perform a variety of administrative tasks and to provide personalised secretarial support to their Group CEO. This is a dual reporting role to include their Head of Marketing/Business Development.
You should be well-organized, have good time management skills and act on your own initiative. Apart from PA duties, the role will include market research through our established online portals on which training will be provided. Good document writing skills, proactive nature and personable to settle quickly into our team.
Ultimately, the role will be what you want it to be as an important part of the business where together they are stronger as a team.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
Act as the point of contact between the CEO, Directors, staff &clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Manage their resource bench list collating and co-ordinating information from others
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Attend meetings and take notes as required
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Office Management including some HR duties and annual business insurance renewals
Assist with market research and business development
Assist with pre-qualifying submissions and tender preparation
Assist with development and preparation of marketing and promotional material
Assist with internal and external audits
Requirements and experience
Work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Experience with Tender and work procurement process, although guidance of our systems will be provided
Excellent MS Office and English proficiency
Good organisational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Construction consultancy knowledge is an advantage but not essential
The package
Based on 24 hours per week/flexible over 3 - 5 days. Subject to discussion/agreement
Salary is circa £38,000 full-time (based on 40 hours) pro-rata for 24 hours.
Holidays 30 days including PH p.a. full-time pro-rata part-time.
Pension subject to qualifying period and statutory provision
Office located on Great Portland Street which is a 5-minute walk from Oxford Street station
