- $57K-$60K+ First year total compensation (depending upon experience)
-$40K-$45K Base Salary w/ $15K-$20K additional compensation will get you to that $60K total comp

What You'll Be Doing:

- Candidate sourcing/mining through databases, social media, & phone calls
- Interview/screen candidates for management & executive positions
- Document candidate & client conversations within our ATS/CRM system
- Match new talented candidates with prospective clients
- Schedule & prep candidates for interviews
- Additional duties & expectations will be assigned as business needs change
