Quality Engineer Quality Assurance Manager NADCAP Machining Forging Casting Metal Automotive Aerospace Defense Contractor _ .

Provide a high level of technical and operational recommendations to meet Safety, Quality, Service and Cost goals for a leading manufacturer of military grade aerospace components.

Shall:

Read and interpret product drawings, specifications and other documentation in order to ensure processes and products are meeting military requirements.

Write detailed segments of QA plans and programs according to current military standards for precision optics.

Implement quality assurance policies concerning documentation and document retention requirements.

Identify and direct processes to successfully resolve significant product and software quality issues.

Perform supplier quality management improvement.

Candidate shall have experience implementing Lean principles and practices in a military manufacturing environment.

Compensation to $160,000 and added incentives including full company paid family medical prescription & dental benefits program, life insurance, company matched 401(k), Savings Plan, 14 paid holidays and 3 weeks paid vacation.
