Hiring for Head of Growth
at Jobisite in Stoke-on-Trent
Responsibilities :
Implement and own the B2B and B2C funnels, designing the touch point
Own audience segmentation and data management to deliver efficient, optimised campaigns that maximise lifetime value and revenue generation.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to set and achieve goals
Define the lead generation strategy
Advise on the integration of tools to drive leads efficiencies via automation
Recruit, train and empower a team
Monitor team performance
Requirements :
Proven track of record in implementing and owning funnels
Proven track of record in developing and executing lead generation strategies
Experience in CRM tools
Experience in Data Tracking and Analysis
Experience in recruiting, structuring and leading a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
International experience is a plus
