The Executive Director oversees and manages all administrative, clinical, and operational functions. The Executive Director also manages the overall operations of the facilities in accordance with applicable federal, state, local, and FSCSC standards and regulations. Ensures the facility operates in a sound financial position, and at all times a strong emphasis is placed on quality standards. Additionally, creates a partnership and allegiance with the community to ensure local needs are met. A collection of senior living communities that offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite care, affordable housing, and home healthcare. For more than a century, we’ve provided residents with the highest quality of care, personalized service, and social interaction.

Experience/Licensures, Certifications

Undergraduate degree in an applicable area of study Masters level education in an applicable area of study
5-7 year relevant long-term care managerial experience 7-10 years relevant long-term care managerial experience
Indiana licensed Nursing Home Administrator 7-10 years relevant long-term care managerial experience

Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 + Max of 20% bonus
