Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Full Time & Part Time employment opportunities in Long Term Care Facilities in the Radcliff, Kentucky area.

Part time requires a minimum of two days per week.

Candidate must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment. These are floor positions in a Long Term Care settings, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility is desired.

PAY RATE: $41.00/HR during the week and $42/HR on the weekends

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 630am-3pm, 2:30pm-11pm, 10:30pm-7am

12 Hour Shifts Available: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
1. Copy of your Nursing Diploma
2. License in Good Standing on Kentucky Board of Nursing with no disciplinary action on file
3. Clear Criminal Background Check & Drug Test
4. Current CPR
5. Current PPD/Chest x-ray.
6. Comply with Covid-19 Policy and Procedures
