Job Description
Increase Company's productivity by improving skills of Company personnel

• Collaborate with management to identify other company training needs
• Develop training curriculum
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilitiesaccording to training

Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $23/Hour-$25/Hour
Shift Timing - All Available
Responsibilities Include:

• Understand SCPCI company rules, safety rules and procedures
• Understand the SCPCI Quality Management System (QMS), including quality policy andobjectives, the importance of meeting regulatory, statutory and customer requirements, andthe relevance of daily activities which contribute to the QMS
• Understand QMS Work Instructions
• Schedule and conduct:
• Employee Indoctrination Training
• Quarterly Safety Meetings
• QMS/ISO Training
• On-the-job (Operator) Training
• Employee training as needed to prevent past defects per Quality Discrepancy Reports
• Help in the Quality Department as needed


Qualifications:

• Must be “US Person” per ITAR regulations: US Citizen or Permanent Resident only
• Must have negative Drug/Alcohol test
• Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Must have impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have basic understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a teaching/training position
• Experience in Quality and/or Metal Finishing preferred
