Requirements :

-More than 3 years working experience in Accounts Payable. Overall big picture and internal controls procedures and coding concept.
-Must be well-organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and have good communication skills and able to operate in team environment.
-Strong PC skills (Excel/ Word) and mainframe system experience (JDE a plus)
-B.A. degree or equivalent (Preferred Accounting major plus)
-Permanent U. S. working permit required.

Main Duties

-Codes and enters accounts payable invoices and process payments.
-Month-end reconciliations
-Solves the payment problem with vendors.
-Prepares monthly sales commission summary letter.
-Processes landed cost for shipment receiving.
-Assists manager on month end G/L closing and year end CPA auditing
