Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Government Contracting industry leader, is seeking a Management Analyst to support our Customer in Panama City, FL.



Qualified Candidates will be expected to:

Provide ongoing program, business, and financial management support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Deputy CTO utilizing Microsoft Office Tools and various systems including Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N‐ERP).
Analyze, document, and process various procedures in the Naval Innovative Science and Engineering (NISE) program utilizing N‐ERP and other software tools as required.
Work with the client to ensure reporting requirements are accurately defined and documented in compliance with customer policies and procedures.
Technically support the NISE program with developing and maintaining project work breakdown structures, planning resources, and costs in the N‐ERP project system module.
Provide ongoing quality checks of N‐ERP data. Analyze and interpret financial data and advise NISE project and program managers of trends and significant problems and deviations.
Support utilizing existing CTO Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC) Knowledge Management System (KMS) space to include updating and uploading files to the site for workforce download and retention configuring and monitoring for uploads from workforce and forwarding or processing files as relevant
Proposing and implementing new designs of site consistent with existing command designs or templates, etc. Support design, configuration, initial uploads, and ongoing updates to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) wiki space for the CTO. This shall include updating or uploading files to the site for workforce download configuring and designing areas for file capture, modifications, and retention on shared environments. Ensuring files designated for distribution through these systems are available on the respective system(s).


Position Requirements:

U. S. Citizen.
SECRET security clearance.
High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Excel and Power Point.
Experience with knowledge management
Experience with wiki systems
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions.
Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management and support personnel.
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Preferred Qualification:

Experience with these Navy systems/databases:
Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)
Technology Investment Planning & Execution Reporting System (TIPERS)
Science and Technology Alignment and Investment Reporting System (STAIRS), and
Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
