A kind hearted and hardworking person willing to work as a home health aide, who will be able to provide direct support assistance to clients

He/She will be expected to assist patients in their day today living and personal care according to the given plan.

Responsibilities will include
# Assisting patients in household chores
# Taking patients to medical appointments
# Assisting in administering prescribed medications
# Assisting clients to engage personal activities of choice
# Reporting patient's condition and closely monitoring their vitals etc
# Assistance with organizing patients records
# Assistance with meal prep
# Expected to offer basic emotional/ psychological support

Skills
Should have related work experience dealing with home health aide
Understanding ability to monitor the patient's vital signs
Hands-on experience with regards to basic nutrition and personal hygiene
Should be a valid CPR certificate holder with first-aid training
He/ she is expected to have a high school degree with a valid driver's licence
