This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced and talented Personal Assistant to support a high profile, men's designer across all areas of his business and private life.



You will work to ensure that Kaushik Veendra's life runs seamlessly and that his frequent, complex and ever-changing schedules are planned to perfection and run without a glitch.



The position will be a combination of working remotely from home, from his office in Central London, as well as from the client's home. Occasional international travel may also be required and therefore flexibility is key for this role.



Our client is in the public eye, and therefore a very high level of discretion is essential for this role. You will be impeccably organised and have extensive experience in managing complex diaries and travel itineraries. You will be professional, hardworking, diligent, and able to manage strong personalities. Teamwork is essential for this role, as well as a high degree of autonomy and intuition.



As a successful candidate, you will be one of the brand's representatives.



You will be responsible for:

• Extensive complex travel booking and management, including private jet and helicopter charters

• Diary management – multiple time zones and ever-changing schedules

• Research and meeting preparation

• Restaurant reservations and appointment management

• Personal shopping and errand running

• Organisation of large-scale events and intimate parties

• Additional ad hoc duties as required



You will have:

• Extensive Private PA experience supporting a high profile or ultra-high net worth individual

• Polished, well-presented and articulate

• Professional, diligent and hardworking

• Able to manage strong personalities

• Excellent management skills

• Team-mentality and can-do positive attitude

• Flexibility for hours and travel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English to mother tongue level

• Eligibility to work in the UK

• Valid UK driving licence

• Excellent checkable references



Salary: £30-35000
