Full-time Operations Executive - Office Manager

Our client, Paul Anton Ltd, has over 30 years of experience in the power protection industry. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering and project management. The organisation provides engineering and power continuity solutions to a range of clients from SMEs to blue-chip organisations in all industries and sectors, including retail, finance, transport, facilities management, the public sector and NHS.

They are currently looking to recruit Operations Executive a key role to support the smooth running of their day-to-day operations. To ensure that all business activities are carried out within the requirements of ISO and SSIP frameworks and operates across the business. Therefore, good organisation and communication skills are essential to carry out the role effectively.



The role is varied, from project management to compliance, health and safety and fleet management, including but not limited to:

Coordinating admin staff and scheduling works by priority between customers, contractors and staff.

Purchase management of stock and materials

Management of the customer journey on CRM by following up on leads, drafting quotations for technical input (where required), issuing out quotes to customers and following up to close off quotes or prepare for project initiation.

Preparing risk assessments and method statements for completion by technical input (where required).

Handle out of hours emergency calls.

Management of CHAS, Safe Contractor, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001 at their respective anniversary periods.

Chairing annual ISO audits with the auditing body – answering questions and providing relevant information.

from the above bodies to directors to ensure continued membership/compliance.

Identifying key processes, communicating required improvements and mapping out proposed changes.

Maintaining the asset database, identifying equipment in need of repair and sourcing appropriate suppliers to complete repair

Ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and fit for purpose - annual MOT, servicing, repairs and tax.

Co-ordinate and communicate H&S related issues to staff on behalf of directors and report feedback.

Conducting RAMS, first aid, COSHH, manual handling, fire safety for staff and office premises and providing access to such via HR software.

SimProexperience (desirable)



Salary £30,000 to £38,000 based on experience.

This role is office based on a full-time basis.
