Ghostrock, LLC., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a Program Manager to join our Team in Washington, DC!

Responsibilities:

Program Manager works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties identified independently. Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
Oversee contractor execution of the contract requirements.
Requirements:

US Citizen.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance or higher are preferred.
Ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
Master’s Degree is desired. Acceptable substitutions are:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience; or
Associates degree plus 8 years of additional relevant experience; or
10 years of additional relevant work experience (total of 20 years).
Experience acting as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
Experience serving as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
Specialized project management experience in the DOD (e.g., managing cost, schedule, and performance).

Position is in Washington, DC.
