Urgent Hiring Mandarin Chief Finance Officer Php 300,000- Php 500,000 gross

Company Profile: A publicly listed company in the Philippine Stock Exchange. This is one of the most diversified gaming companies in the Philippines as their roster includes bingo halls, online gaming, casino arcades, hotel and casino operations as well as real estate development.

Position: Mandarin Chief Finance Officer
Industries: IT Company for online gaming clients
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: P 300,000- P 500,000 gross
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00-6:00 pm)- Weekends off

Responsibilities:
Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
Review the planning process and suggest improvements to current methods.
Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.

Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers to raise additional capital required for expansion.
Negotiates with other companies regarding actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
Executing the company’s financial strategy.
Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure.
Identifying investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions.
Assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to develop financial plans.

Qualification:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
Being a CPA is an advantage
With more than 10 years of progressive experience in a Listed Public Company/Division of a Large Corporation and PSE listed company preferably in a senior management position.
Strong knowledge of Investment Bank or Hospitality industry
Must demonstrate strong abilities to develop marketing plans and strategies to ensure profitability
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
Familiarity with diverse business functions such as operation, compliance, finance, etc.
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
