Roles and Responsibilities
• Conducting interviews over the phone
• Attend training calls and participate as a leader in the company, learning the systems and being a leader in your own right
• Provide information and follow through on all leads in alliance with the company
• Creative thinker and solution focused, self driven and follow through
• Follow daily tasks and be self supportive
• Be a fabulous communicator and manage time well
