Director of Operations

responsible for the UHPC Operations of ceEntek North America. The Director of Operations is responsible for developing the market, sales, technical support, theKey Responsibilities:
o Provide direction and oversee the BU’s supply chain (sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution).
o Develop supply chain strategies and manage cost reduction initiatives.
o Develop a network and partnerships with raw material suppliers, freight companies, storage facilities and blending facilities.
o Ensure that all UHPC manufactured products meet the appropriate quality standard.
o Oversee the Quality Control Program to ensure that product quality and performance are monitored, maintained and controlled.
o Direct testing initiatives at external and ceEntek laboratory facilities.
o Direct all functions relating to raw materials inventory, finished goods inventory, distribution, product forecasting and manufacturing.
o Overseeing the activities of all blending facilities and the future expansion of new blending & storage facilities.
o Ensure the finding & tracking of all projects requiring UHPC.
o Facilitate the dialog with owners, contractors, and consultants on potential UHPC projects.
o Oversee the preparation of all estimates, quotes, and bidding UHPC projects.
o Ensure the successful win and award of projects.
o Ensure on-site technical supervision of projects across North America.
o Minimum 10 Years relevant work experience
