Wanted: Part or full time assistant manager needed to actively manage about 6 apartments buildings and one airbnb in LA and OC. You will be trained by the best. Daily tasks include checking/posting adds, answering calls and emails of prospective tenants, helping manage repair requests in a timely manner, performing apartment inspections and helping the other managers with what they need. Pay is $25 to 30 an hour (depending on experience) paid weekly. Must be able to communicate clearly and need to have a resilient personality. No Prior Experience Required.
