Job Description
PeopleReady ofSanta Cruz has an immediate opening for Admin Assistants in Watsonville, CA.
Admin will be clocking associates in/out, reviewing timecards for corrections, submitting daily reports, making sure that employees have all their PPE, issue PPE as needed.6am-3pm shift
Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $17/Hour
Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day)
Responsibilities:

• Assist with orientations for all new hires, communicating with client for any updates.
• Must be knowledgeable with spreadsheets, excel.
• Will be doing other miscellaneous assignments as needed.


Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, wright and follow instructions.
• Must have 2 years Admin Assist experience.
• Must have a smart phone, valid picture I.D. and Soc Sec Card.
• Must have no visible tatoes or piercings, pass drug test, pass background check, have transportation between the 2 locations.
• Drug screen required
• Background Check Required
