Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a Graphics Designer to join our team in Germantow, MD.


Responsibilities:

Provide graphics support to the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Nuclear Energy’s (NE), with the objective of developing and executing the highest quality of graphic products and services
Create integrated graphic materials designed to provide name recognition and awareness of DOE-NE objectives and missions, target and appeal to the organization’s community and leadership.
Make recommendations regarding graphics products and their designs that will ensure messages are best conveyed to targeted audiences.
Provide support to assist in developing graphics products for various NE needs and recommending the most effective way of communicating a message in print, electronic format, or both.
Develop clear and appealing graphics products using current technology, best practices, document design principles, high resolution imagery, and other fundamental concepts of effective communication.
Provide professional graphics design support services including to plan, analyze, and create visual solutions that meet NE communications requirements using a variety of methods such as color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques and producing promotional displays, communication materials (brochures, posters, fact sheets, etc.), and signage systems.
This work may include graphics support to NE staff including but not limited to infographics; animation; PowerPoint slides; pamphlet, brochure, and strategic plan layout; design services; presentation boards; signage; and handouts.
Requirements:

US Citizen
Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOE Building Access Only (BAO) Badge
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising or Multimedia Arts
Minimum of five years experience.
