Role - Agile Project Manager + Scrum Master

Location: Austin, TX (Remote Till COVID)

Required skills:

. 8+ years combined experience as Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager

. Experience in successfully delivering projects with large and multiple
teams

. Experience in breaking up features into manageable tasks and effective
at complex

. Ability to identify dependencies between projects and domains

. Knowledge of Business KPIs and Metric definitions

. Support Product Owners in managing backlogs and release planning

. Experience with JIRA, Agile PLM tools and Confluence Wiki

. Excellent presentation and communication skills

Role & Responsibilities

. Lead multiple Scrum Teams distributed at multiple locations
US/India/China

. Take lead on active projects and drive team to deliver business goals
on schedule

. Quickly grasp high level domain knowledge and help Product Owners
manage backlogs

. Assess agile maturity, coach and lead other Scrum Masters in the team

. Understand team dynamics and bring transparency and foster effective
collaboration

. Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Developers, QA
Testers, UX Designers and DevOps teams

. Publish and bring visibility into true status on Sprint health and
Sprint deliverables
