Virtual Human Resources intern

An opportunity has arisen to work under the globally renowned tech leader, Gao Tek Inc. This is a remote role for applicants based in the United Kingdom, however, EU applicants may be accepted subject to English language skills.

You will be working in the HR sector as an intern, developing essential employability skills as well as demonstrating key attributes that will be showcased across multiple communication platforms. This role is more appropriate for HR/Business management students, however other groups of people are welcome to apply.

Job Description:

- Tasks will include replying to emails, screening potential applicants and scheduling/conducting interviews after liaising with senior HR staff.

- Post job ads on general career websites, university and college career websites and internship websites.

- Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs.

- Participate in a team to organize virtual (online) global conferences.

- Log overview of activities for (working) days, weeks and/or months.

- Train new recruits and offer advice to peers.

- Agenda planning.

- Event coordination.

Requirements

- You are studying for or shall have a University degree in HR, in Journalism, Business related or any programs providing strong English language training or candidates with strong English language skills.

- You shall be keen to learn, willing to work hard, maintain productivity and committed to the job.

- You shall have chosen HR as your desired career and is strongly interested in an intern opportunity related to HR

- Strong English language skills.

- You must be willing to learn, keen to work hard, be able to maintain productivity and demonstrate commitment to your responsibilities.

- Knowledge of Human Resources, passion to learn HR work or potential interest in future roles working in the HR sector,

- Ability to take initiative and be able to work independently.
