Experience Level

Should have Knowledge/Worked on below domain in MS Exchange & Active Directory Category:

• Advanced Knowledge of Active Directory Replication and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory User and Permission Management and troubleshooting.
• Advanced Knowledge of Active Directory Share management and Troubleshooting
• Advanced Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy and troubleshooting
• Advanced Knowledge of File and Print Management and troubleshooting
• Expert knowledge in Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013
• Must have a minimum of 4 years working experience and intimate proficiency with Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 administration and troubleshooting in a large-scale multi-site environment.
• Expert knowledge in supporting, maintaining and administering core Microsoft technologies including from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2019.
• Must have skills of deploying Exchange in large enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Exchange Hardening.
• Must Have Knowledge of Server OS and Application monitoring through Event Viewer.
• Candidates need to work on System generated Incidents.
• Work on Tickets related to windows.
• Handle Client Calls.

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.E., B.Sc., B.Tech, B.Com). Preferred is Graduation in Computer science.

Project: Work with Clients & troubleshoot Technical Windows Support issues.
